Job Description

Office Administrator / Operations Assistant Join the Elite Fire Protection Team! Elite Fire Protection is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator/Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, think ahead, solve problems, and take ownership of their responsibilities. This position plays an important role in supporting our field crews, customers, and management team while helping ensure projects stay on track. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Assist with scheduling service calls and inspections Maintain job files and project documentation Assist with billing, invoicing, and general office duties Order materials and coordinate deliveries Communicate with customers, vendors, and contractors Assist with payroll processing Provide administrative support to management Perform other office duties as needed Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Professional communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Dependable, motivated, and a team player The following experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate: Payroll processing QuickBooks Fire sprinkler industry Construction industry Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays Retirement plan Opportunity to grow with an established Montana company If you are looking for a career with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and integrity, we'd love to hear from you.
