As a Scheduling Coordinator for Givens Home First, you will support the day-to-day operations by ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality care and that our team members are supported, informed, and set up for success. What you'll do: Coordinate Caregiver Schedules (In-Home Aides and CNAs) based on Client needs, team member availability, employment status, and overtime guidelines Build, maintain, and adjust schedules in real time, ensuring all shifts are filled Establish and maintain consistent care teams to support quality and continuity of care Confirm all scheduled visits and proactively address callouts, late changes, or coverage gaps Participate in an on-call rotation (Evenings & weekends). Provide Administrative support to the leadership team. Support the onboarding of new team members. What you'll need: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred) Previous Administrative experience (preferred) Previous experience in Home Care, Geriatrics or Long-term care (Preferred) CNA (Preferred) Compensation is $20 - $24 per hour based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package!
