You'll be the friendly face that welcomes our little patients and the behind-the-scenes pro who keeps everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and a positive patient experience over the phone and in-person Support front desk operations as needed (check-in, check-out, paperwork, payments) Coordinate and manage daily appointment schedules for patients Confirm, reschedule, and adjust appointments as needed Collect and update patient insurance information Serve as a contact for scheduling inquiries by phone, online, or in person Ensure provider schedule is optimized for efficiency Communicate effectively with patients and staff regarding scheduling and insurance needs Maintain accurate records in scheduling and practice management software Handle cancellations, last-minute changes, calmly and professionally Collect payments and post them to patient accounts Send invoices and follow up on balances Submit predeterminations and verify insurance benefits Uphold confidentiality and office policies while managing sensitive information What We Offer Comprehensive training A supportive, team-oriented environment Open communication and collaboration with every member of the team Requirements Dental front office and insurance experience preferred Proficiency in dental terminology Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to the team Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Feedback and coaching approach to support a positive team culture Reliability, professionalism, punctuality, and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
