This is not a typical warehouse job. Most of the work involves handling and organizing collectible inventory, locating sold items, scanning material, preparing outgoing orders, and keeping our inventory system accurate and organized. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, works quickly without becoming careless, and can be trusted to work independently once trained. What you'll do Locate and pull sold inventory accurately Package and prepare customer orders for shipment Scan and process collectible inventory Demonstrate comfort with online backend inventory management systems (computer skills a requirement) Maintain an orderly and efficient workspace Follow simple written procedures and improve your speed as you learn the system Perform other light e-commerce and inventory tasks as needed What we care about most You do not need experience with collectibles or e-commerce. Pay Starting pay:

$20-22/hour , depending on experience and demonstrated ability. Strong performers who become highly productive, accurate, and dependable will have the opportunity for increased compensation and additional responsibility, including management opportunities. Work environment We are a small business rather than a large corporate warehouse. The environment is quiet, straightforward, and task-focused. There is very little customer interaction. Much of the work is independent once you understand the system. This may be especially appealing to someone who enjoys organized, repetitive work but does not want to spend the day dealing with customers. The inventory itself is also unusual: you will regularly handle historical postcards, photographs, documents, and other collectible material dating back many decades. Physical requirements This is primarily light warehouse and fulfillment work.

You should be comfortable:

Standing and walking for portions of the workday Reaching shelves and storage boxes Performing repetitive sorting, scanning, and packaging tasks Occasionally moving boxes of inventory This is not heavy industrial warehouse work.
