This position helps keep materials, equipment, supplies, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices moving accurately and on schedule. It is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory, construction, manufacturing, or project support. What You'll Do Track purchase orders from placement through delivery Contact suppliers for order updates, shipping dates, and delivery status Coordinate with project managers, procurement, warehouse, production, accounting, and vendors Help prioritize materials needed to keep project schedules moving Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, delivery schedules, and reports Update information in company computer and ERP systems Assist with matching purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices Help resolve delivery, receiving, and invoicing discrepancies Provide professional customer service to vendors and internal team members Support process improvements that improve delivery performance and efficiency What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent College degree preferred but not required One to two years of experience in customer service, office support, procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory, construction, manufacturing, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Professional customer service skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and manage multiple tasks Who Should Apply We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual who will be a positive cultural fit. Training is provided, and current or previous experience is a bonus.
