Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project management teams. Maintain accurate records using ERP or project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint). Identify and address delays, shortages, or scheduling risks proactively.
Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization within procurement operations.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience as an Expeditor, Procurement Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain Specialist (construction or manufacturing preferred). Pipes, Valves, Fittings, and Electrical procurement Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/project management software.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with a teamwork mindset.
