Job Summary:
Manages the clerical and communicative activities of the department. Schedules patient appointments.What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED Experience working in an office settingEssential Functions:
Competent in the check in/arrival process. Consistently documents or relays all necessary patient care related information to the appropriate individuals. Accurately and efficiently schedules patients for all imaging procedures. Maintains the confidentiality of all patient related information. Maintains a clean well-stocked and organized work area and notifies appropriate personnel when stock needs replenishing. Upholds a professional working relationship at all times and adheres to department rules. Practices teamwork and adheres to Standards of Behavior. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
