You'll play a vital role in keeping technicians productive, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do.Scheduling & Dispatching:
Schedule daily service appointments for field technicians. Build efficient service routes based on location, technician availability, and customer needs. Make real-time scheduling adjustments due to cancellations, emergencies, and route changes. Create and update work orders. Help maximize technician productivity while minimizing drive time.Customer Service:
Answer high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls. Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, service questions, and general inquiries. Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer support. Handle customer concerns with empathy while maintaining a positive attitude. Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding communication.Administrative Support:
Enter customer information accurately into the CRM. Document customer interactions thoroughly. Process customer payments over the phone. Assist with billing questions and collection calls as needed. Support office operations and special projects assigned by leadership.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with office staff and field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist teammates during busy periods. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.What We're Looking For:
1-2+ years of in-office customer service experience required. Dispatching, scheduling, routing, or logistics experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and phone skills. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
