Position Overview Ultimate Impression is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our cleaning teams and ensure our customers receive the high level of service they expect. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicates well, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in making sure things get done correctly and on time. The Operations Assistant will work closely with operations management, field cleaning teams, builders, and other members of the Ultimate Impression team to help coordinate daily schedules, communicate job requirements, monitor quality, and resolve issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily coordination and support of cleaning crews and field operations. Help ensure crews arrive at assigned jobs on time and are prepared to complete their work. Communicate with team members throughout the day regarding schedules, job assignments, access, special instructions, and changes. Monitor completed and in-progress jobs to help ensure Ultimate Impression's quality standards are being met. Perform occasional site visits to inspect work, address concerns, and provide support to cleaning teams. Communicate professionally with builders, superintendents, subcontractors, and other job-site contacts. Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and service issues and help coordinate appropriate solutions. Assist with scheduling and adjusting crews as priorities and job-site conditions change. Track job progress and communicate updates to management. Help identify jobs that require additional attention, touch-ups, or follow-up service. Assist with quality-control checks and ensure work is completed according to company standards. Help maintain accurate records, notes, checklists, and operational information. Assist with inventory, equipment, and supply coordination as needed. Help onboard and support new team members by reinforcing company procedures and expectations. Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Perform other operational and administrative duties as needed. Is comfortable working with cleaning crews and visiting residential construction sites. Has strong problem-solving skills and a "let's figure it out" attitude. Works well as part of a team and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Is comfortable using a smartphone, email, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications. Understands the importance of customer service and representing the company professionally. Is willing to learn and grow with the company. Qualifications Previous experience in operations, field services, construction, cleaning, hospitality, property services, or a related industry is preferred. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel locally between job sites as needed.
