Education:

AAS degree or higher in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field Description The Project Scheduler will develop and manage integrated project schedules for capital projects from planning through execution and closeout. This role partners with Project Leaders, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, manage milestones, identify schedule risks, and support on-time project delivery. The Scheduler will also support the Last Planner System (LPS) and collaborative planning processes to improve project execution and schedule reliability.

Requirements:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, milestones, and forecasts.
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify schedule risks and impacts.
  • Monitor progress, constraints, dependencies, and recovery plans.
  • Facilitate Last Planner System (LPS) activities, including pull planning and look-ahead planning.
  • Track schedule performance metrics, including Percent Plan Complete (PPC) .
  • Create project dashboards, status reports, and management presentations.
  • Support project controls, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and vendors. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or project management .
  • 2-7 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or capital projects .
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software .
