location:
Wilmington, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $20.00 - 23.98 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules across a portfolio of active capital projects, establishing baselines and conducting critical path analysis.

Partner with Project Leaders and engineers to monitor progress, forecast completion dates, identify constraints, and proactively mitigate schedule risks.

Lead Last Planner System (LPS) implementation, facilitating collaborative pull planning, look-ahead planning, and weekly work planning sessions.

Track and report key performance metrics, including Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and portfolio health indicators, through executive dashboards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling standards and provide coaching on planning best practices across project teams.
