Full Time Blair, NE Position Overview:
A growing construction organization is seeking a Construction Scheduler to support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple active job sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects stay on track by developing accurate schedules, monitoring progress, and adjusting timelines as needed. The Construction Scheduler will work closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to maintain alignment across all phases of construction. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules using scheduling software Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather information and build accurate timelines Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to reflect changes, delays, or shifting priorities Analyze timelines, resources, and sequencing to support efficient project execution Prepare reports on schedule performance, identifying risks and recommending solutions Communicate schedule updates and project timelines across internal teams and stakeholders Support implementation of project management best practices to improve efficiency Assist with safety-related documentation and record keeping as needed Ensure certifications and required documentation are maintained and up to dateWork Environment:
Onsite role based in Blair, NE Collaborative environment working with project managers and field teams Fast-paced construction setting with multiple active projects Combination of office-based scheduling and coordination workQualifications:
Strong understanding of construction processes and project scheduling Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindsetPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction coordination or site operations Familiarity with project estimating or resource planning Experience supporting safety documentation and compliance processesWho You Are:
