Job Description

Central Moving Systems Operations Specialist We are an industry leader taking pride in our high quality performance for Corporate and Residential Moving, Installation, Storage and Relocation for over 100 years! We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Operations Specialist with the ability to assist the Operations Manager, Company Management, Internal/External Customers and other team members as needed. This position will also support company compliance with all health and safety laws. The position requires strong attention to details, as well as, strong written and oral communication skills. To assist in the management of all activity associated with Operations/Warehouse under the supervision of the
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Manages Operations/Dispatch function including schedule, email, crews, routes, paperwork, etc. Manage Operations and Warehouse email responses and company policy and bulletins Phone coverage including voicemail system Coordinate 3rd party services as needed Maintains accuracy of Windfall inventory System and all inventory in the Warehouse Assists Supervisor with Warehouse/equipment inspections and repair service Organizes receiving of shipments both into and out of warehouse Ensures the accuracy of all shipping documents Organizes warehouse to increase inventory accuracy and performs weekly cycle counts Order dumpsters and other maintenance services Assists Customers with warehouse access Maintains all Safety/OSHA requirements/records, schedules all building and truck inspections Manage company phone system Weigh Master Track and replenish office supplies Other Misc. responsibilities as required
Skills:
Excellent leadership, organizational and motivational skills Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Certified Weigh Master preferred

$20/hour up to $27/hour (depending upon experience)
