Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Implementation Specialist to join our Enablement, Standards, and Optimization department (ESO) team. The role is a cross departmental position aiding in connecting different departments through new and existing operational pipelines. This includes designing and implementing new processes, building automation tools to facilitate operational efficiency, creating and delivering training material across multiple departments, and assisting with technical overflow related to the tools and responsibilities of different departments. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Powersehll and Python scripting, ConnectWise PSA, automation, and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement initiatives using Claude and AI-assisted workflows.
• Develop PowerShell and AI-driven automation for internal operations and client environments.
• Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support.
• Create SOPs, documentation, and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications & Experience
• 7-10 years of MSP or enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Experience with traditional software development and SDLC.
• Advanced Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune skills.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Expert-level use of Claude for automation and operational efficiency.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, Control, and Hudu.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
