About the Role As a Manufacturing Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our production lines. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude to oversee equipment performance, manage material transport, and ensure our high-quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities Monitor, operate, and perform basic changeovers on production machinery to ensure optimal output. Drive industrial transport equipment to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safety. Utilize digital interfaces and computer software to track production metrics and communicate status updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all established safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot process issues and escalate complex maintenance needs. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn manufacturing equipment operation. Proficiency in computer and tablet applications, including email and office software. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Skills Technical degree, certification, or specialized mechanical training. 1+ year of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience operating forklifts or industrial mules. Proven ability to work effectively in varied environmental conditions.
