Monday-Friday Data Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
Compile, maintain, and organize internal sales spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Work with large Excel files while maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and clear organization. Enrich and validate records through internal database cross-checks and external research. Identify, investigate, and resolve missing, duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent data. Improve list quality to support effective sales and marketing outreach. Research and identify relevant industry sectors to support audience segmentation. Document updates and follow established processes for data entry, validation, and list management. Communicate questions, findings, or data-quality concerns clearly and promptly.
Data Operations Assistant Requirements:
Entry-level position. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing large datasets. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to conduct research and verify information using multiple sources. Ability to recognize data inconsistencies and apply sound judgment when resolving them.
