PM Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Expediter to support operations within our Finishing Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials, components, and work orders through the finishing process. The Expediter will work closely with production, finishing teams, and other departments to prevent delays, resolve issues quickly, and maintain overall workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials and components within the Finishing Department to ensure timely completion of production Monitor and track work orders to identify and prevent delays or bottlenecks in the finishing process Communicate with production, finishing teams, and other departments to follow up on pending items and resolve issues promptly Ensure all required materials and components are available and ready for finishing according to production schedules Assist in prioritizing workloads based on production needs and deadlines Maintain accurate tracking and basic documentation using Microsoft Office tools Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall production flow and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish required) Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar coordination role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
