Job Description

Operations Coordinator Gervin Management is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to help coordinate and support our growing maintenance division. Our team of approximately 15 employees provides landscaping, snow removal, power washing, hardscaping, general repairs, and other property maintenance services. We are looking for a hands-on, organized individual who can coordinate daily operations, support our field crews, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Responsibilities Coordinate daily maintenance operations and field crews Serve as a main point of contact for maintenance employees Schedule jobs and coordinate daily work assignments Ensure work is completed properly and on time Respond to homeowner and client questions and concerns Coordinate equipment, materials, vendors, and subcontractors Assist with preparing estimates and pricing projects Help identify new business and growth opportunities Track ongoing jobs and follow up on outstanding work Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer service Qualifications Experience in maintenance, landscaping, construction, property services, or operations preferred Previous coordination, supervisory, or crew-leadership experience is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with employees, vendors, and clients Valid driver's license We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day coordination while helping Gervin Management continue to grow its maintenance operations.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
