Job Description
The Warranty Operations Coordinator will be responsible for processing daily RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) orders at a productive rate to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements). They will be the main point of communication for customers by answering questions and resolving problems associated with the warranty process. The team member will work closely with the shipping, logistics, customer returns, procurement, and IT departments to ensure every order is processed and fulfilled on time. The role requires problem solving skills and an ability to identify improvements to the team's processes. What You Will Do Process daily RMA requests to meet customer SLAs. Coordinate with multiple departments to solve problems and support customer requirements. Identify problems within the RMA order processing flow and suggest improvements. Use various computer programs to monitor inventory levels versus order requests and communicate low levels with team members. Follow up with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requests are resolved, using escalations when necessary. Be flexible to support customer requirements in a positive manner to help the team meet its SLAs. Identify recurring problems or delays and communicate the findings to affected parties. What You Bring Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent experience 2+ years relevant experience in order processing, customer service, or warranty operations Basic computer skills, and the ability to anticipate risks and problems. The ability to master tasks and the willingness to learn new ones. Ownership and customer service focus. An ability to change priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office products
