Day Work From Home Schedule:
40 hours per week Job Overview We are seeking a Client Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams during the home assessment scheduling process. In this role, you will coordinate appointments, maintain strong client relationships, and support field consultants in meeting scheduling and service goals. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple calendars while providing excellent customer service. Shifts may rotate based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the scheduling process Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to secure appointments Coordinate schedules between clients and internal consultants Manage and update appointment calendars efficiently Ensure scheduling is completed logically and accurately Respond to inquiries within 24 hours Track scheduling trends, availability issues, and report concerns to leadership Communicate professionally through phone, email, and MS Teams Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service focused mindset Ability to manage multiple Outlook calendars Excel data entry and basic administrative skills Strong attention to detail and organization Experience & Education High School Diploma or GED required College education (completed or in progress) is a plus 2-4 years of customer service experience required
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
