Job Description

Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the routine activities of the scheduling department. Assists with workload by performing clerical activities necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the department.
Requirements:
Basic Computer Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must demonstrate good interpersonal and analytical skills, the ability to work under stress and maintain composure, and be able to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. One year clerical or comparable position, preferred High school diploma or equivalent.
