As a Home Health Scheduler. you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our facility. You'll be a point of contact for clients and visitors, while also coordinating home health private duty nursing schedules to meet our clients' needs effectively. You'll also be assisting in HR administrative tasking. Your responsibilities will blend customer service with scheduling and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule home health nursing visits for clients, ensuring optimal coverage and resource utilization. Communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to arrange appointments and address scheduling issues. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies. Maintain accurate records of scheduled visits and client interactions. Collaborate with the care team to ensure that client needs are met and services are delivered efficiently. Maintaining Indeed company account. Scheduling interviews and orientation. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in applicant tracking systems.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred. 1-2 years of experience in home health care scheduling and recruitment preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
