JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to support our tool ramp initiatives. This entry to mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in both professional and industrial environments, and who can manage multiple inputs across meetings and workgroups. The Project Scheduler will assist in developing and maintaining installation schedules, tracking action items, and supporting field inspections and team coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow direction from multiple stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Comfortable working in both office and industrial settings (e.g., sub-Fab and Fab areas)
• Safety-conscious and empowered to stop work when hazards are observed

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with field walk inspections and reporting
• Ability to manage and publish action trackers and weekly status reports
• Meeting facilitation skills including note-taking, action tracking, and scheduling follow-ups
