Full Job Description Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products. Process customer orders received by e-mail, phone and in-person. Enter sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Assist customers in locating products within the store and provide product information and pricing. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter area and warehouse shelves. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock shelves accordingly. Pick and pack orders for customer pickup or delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, identifying discrepancies, and reporting findings to management. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Inspect cylinders for defects/test date issues to ensure compliance with government/company policies Must understand the hazards of various gases; size and contents of cylinders by reading and interpreting cylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks Ocassionally deliver products and gasses to customers when needed Perform other related duties as necessary Ability to lift 50lbs
