Job Description

Job Description The Factory Service Lead plays a critical role in managing service operations within the factory environment. This position ensures efficient inventory control, timely processing of defective units, and smooth coordination of worldwide service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and adjustments. Manage stock replenishment to support service operations. Handle shipping, receiving, and creation of purchase orders for third-party vendor repairs. Maintain and update the worldwide repair database for defective units. Coordinate global shipping and receiving of defective units. Prioritize defective units with factory service technicians for timely repair. Assist the fulfillment of intercompany orders for service parts from stock.Qualifications:
Prior experience in manufacturing or service operations. Prior experience with inventory management and shipping processes.Skills:
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and proactively resolve issues. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Understanding of payment terms and lead times for products. Experience with international shipping strongly preferred.Salary Range:
$62,800.00-$83,700.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
