Scheduling Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual English/Creole Speaking Coordinator to join our home care agency in Long Island. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations, communicating with caregivers and clients ensuring smooth coordination of services. Duties Communicate with caregivers and clients Coordinate schedules, assignments and coverage for home care aides Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution Qualifications Fluency in both English and Creole is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. 1+ years of progressive home care experience including scheduling/staffing/ care coordination preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws (such as HIPAA), and community resources related to home care services. Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing client needs or scheduling challenges. A compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to delivering outstanding service. Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
