Inbound Operations Support Needed in
INWOOD, NY
Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate:
$25 hour
Location:
Inwood, NY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments for final-mile delivery. Monitor inbound shipment activity and maintain visibility from receipt through delivery. Contact customers to schedule delivery appointments and confirm delivery requirements. Manage inbound shipment exceptions, including appointment requirements, delivery delays, missing information, refused freight, and service failures.
