This position is responsible for performing a wide range of assignments including: the maintenance of financial spreadsheets and records; supporting project administration; and general administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to resolve problems independently with minimal supervision and interact with people on all levels including managers, staff, and clients.
Duties:
Assist with monitoring and managing divisional financial performance, individual project performance, and project administration. Coordination with Accounting, Operations, and other company Administration teams as needed. Provide broad administrative support to leadership staff through preparation of monthly reporting, organizing events, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Perform other duties to support the division as assigned. Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $75,000 The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar or related position Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills with an ability to navigate complicated spreadsheets, pivot tables and develop charts and graphs for presentation purposes. Ability to use PowerPoint for presentation creation. Ability to work independently; be a self-starter with excellent anticipation, prioritization and follow up skills. Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail, proof reading, and accuracy is essential.
