00 DOE A local company in Utica, NY is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Operations Coordinator to support our customer programs in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for processing customer RMAs (NCMs), entering customer orders into our ERP system, managing Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) through customer portals, and providing daily administrative support to the Program Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring exceptional accuracy and customer service. This role serves as a key link between our customers and internal departments, helping ensure customer requirements are met on time and with the highest level of quality. Core Responsibilities Process customer RMAs (NCMs) and coordinate with Quality, Production, and Shipping through completion. Enter customer purchase orders accurately into the ERP/MRP system. Create and submit Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) through customer portals prior to shipment. Monitor customer portals for new orders, shipping requirements, engineering changes, and customer communications. Support the Program Manager by following up on project status, customer action items, supplier updates, and internal deadlines. Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Shipping to ensure customer commitments are met. Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and order files. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project status updates. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner. Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and customer order entry is preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidential customer and company information.
