Job Summary For over 40 years, U.S. Care Systems, Inc. has been providing quality, in-home care designed to help individuals maintain independence and safety in their own homes. Our home care agency is growing and we are looking for a reliable scheduling coordinator to support our field staff and families. Role:
Home Care Scheduling Coordinator Location:
Utica, NY (On-site)
Hours:
8:30 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility
Job Type:
Full-Time M-F, Including On-Call Rotation We offer competitive pay of $18.00
  • $20 per hour What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and optimize daily caregiver schedules, matching client needs with staff availability.
  • Manage scheduling disruptions per call-ins, emergency coverage or client changes to ensure continuous care.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between clients, families and field staff.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and home care regulations. What We Are Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Experience in home care/healthcare scheduling or staffing preferred.
  • PCA certification a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with home care workflows or electronic scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills; empathy is a must!
  • A reliable, proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
