Job Description:
- Coordinate schedules for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
- Match caregivers with clients based on needs, preferences, and availability
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal staff
- Problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of verifiable experience scheduling HHAs/PCAs at a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This is required for this position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish , French , or
