Job Description:
  • Coordinate schedules for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
  • Match caregivers with clients based on needs, preferences, and availability
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal staff
  • Problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of verifiable experience scheduling HHAs/PCAs at a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This is required for this position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish , French , or
Haitian Creole Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
