Care Scheduling Coordinator - Scheduling for our Caregivers in
Cincinnati and Dayton Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM | On-Site at our office in
Blue Ash Pay:
Starting at $60K, Health Benefits, PTO, 401K As our Care Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the daily success of our agency. You'll serve as the key connection between clients, families, caregivers, and the office team — ensuring every shift is covered, every detail is handled, and every interaction reflects the high level of care we're known for. Job Functions of Care Scheduling Coordinator:
Manage the day-to-day caregiver and client schedule with accuracy and urgency Ensure all client shifts are staffed, confirmed, and completed Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, family members, and caregivers Handle schedule changes, call-offs, and coverage needs with professionalism and efficiency Support a positive experience for both caregivers and clients Partner closely with office leadership and care management staff Help drive strong caregiver engagement and high client satisfaction Maintain a high level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Skills and Experience of Care Scheduling Coordinator:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to think logically, prioritize quickly, and problem-solve in real time Ability to work independently while communicating clearly and consistently Flexibility to work overtime when needed A calm, professional, and pleasant demeanor Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with WellSky is a plus, but not required Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred Prior scheduling, staffing, home care, healthcare, or office coordination experience is highly desirable
