Job Description

CareCore at Willowood is looking for a dependable and organized Transportation Scheduler / Driver to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a CNA/STNA, DSP, caregiver, or someone with healthcare experience who enjoys working with residents and is looking for a role that combines driving, scheduling, and resident support.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate resident transportation for medical appointments and other needs Safely transport residents to and from appointments Communicate with nursing staff, residents, families, and outside providers regarding transportation Maintain an organized transportation schedule and adjust as needed Assist residents with safely entering and exiting the vehicle Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use Provide friendly, professional support to residents throughout transportation
Qualifications:
Must be at least 25 years old to drive a company vehicle Valid driver's license and safe driving record required Healthcare experience preferred CNA/STNA, DSP, caregiver, or similar experience is a plus Comfortable working with elderly and long-term care residents Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable, patient, and able to manage a changing schedule
