This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, staying organized, and taking on new challenges. The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in the trades and be willing to learn the flooring business. There is significant room for growth and advancement for the right person as our company continues to expand. What You'll Do This is a versatile position with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including: Completing flooring-related punch lists and addressing job-site issues Helping start and close out jobs Preparing job sites and making sure crews have what they need Picking up and securing materials and supplies for jobs Coordinating materials and helping keep jobs moving on schedule Communicating with customers, contractors, and team members as needed Assisting with basic sales and customer interactions Identifying problems in the field and helping find practical solutions Performing other hands-on tasks related to flooring projects and company operations What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in the trades Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a variety of job-site environments Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Professional attitude when working with customers and other contractors Flooring experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with a solid trades background and willingness to learn.
