Modern office setting On-the-job training Company perks Great atmosphere Looking for a Surgery Scheduler for an Orthopedic Practice located in Dublin Ohio. May also include clinical needs as well. Need to have experience with rooming patients, electronic health records, surgery scheduling, application of bracing and slings, phlebotomy a plus and Workman's Comp background (desired). Competitive salary based on experience Responsibilities Scheduling, precertification for surgeries Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling, patient intake, and medical records management within the EHR system. Assist clinicians with patient rooming and reviewing medications, previous surgeries as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations. Coordinate with departments for labs, imaging, and referrals; manage orders and patient documentation accurately. Deliver high-quality patient service, explain procedures, and address patient questions while maintaining confidentiality. Support office management tasks, inventory, and coordinate with other departments for other services when required.
