We're looking for a part-time Plumbing scheduler to help take care of our customers and keep the day-to-day office running smoothly. This is not your typical "sit quietly at a desk" job. You'll be the first voice our customers hear , and you'll play a big part in making sure they have a great experience with Pembroke from the very first phone call. What You'll Be Doing Answering incoming customer calls with a friendly, helpful attitude Scheduling plumbing service appointments Talking with customers about their plumbing needs and getting the right information for our plumbers Helping customers understand what to expect when they schedule with us Managing appointment changes, questions, and follow-ups Communicating with our plumbers throughout the day Making outbound calls and following up with customers when needed Taking payments and handling basic office tasks Keeping customer information and schedules organized Helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly The Person We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and personable — you genuinely enjoy talking with people Confident on the phone and comfortable having conversations with customers Organized and able to keep track of multiple things at once A good communicator who knows how to listen and ask the right questions Reliable and dependable Comfortable learning new software and technology Professional Someone who takes pride in providing great customer service Plumbing experience is NOT required. We can teach you the plumbing side of things. What we can't teach is having a great attitude, caring about customers, and being someone our team can count on. When customers call Pembroke, they get a real person right here in our Fairfield office — not a call center. Our goal is to make our customers feel taken care of from the moment they call us to the moment the job is finished.
