Position Title:
Inbound Scheduler Core Responsibilities /
Day-to-Day:
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls regarding hot tub maintenance and service scheduling. Coordinate with field technicians to schedule service appointments and ensure efficient routing and timely customer support. Top 3 Must-Have Skills (stack-ranked w/ % of time): Available to be on-call from 8am-5pm Strong phone and computer skills Detailed oriented Ability to multi-task
