Pain Zero is a fast‑paced, high‑accuracy interventional pain management practice. We are hiring a Complex Procedure Scheduler who is exceptionally detail‑oriented, thrives in structured workflows, and can manage high‑stakes scheduling across multiple locations. This is not a standard medical scheduling role. If you enjoy complex logistics, checklists, and accuracy‑driven work, you will excel here. About the Role Schedule advanced interventional pain procedures with precision. Coordinate with physicians, clinical teams, and prior authorization staff. Use eClinicalWorks (eCW) for documentation, scheduling, and workflow management. Manage multi‑location scheduling and ensure all pre‑op requirements are completed. Maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. Serve as the communication hub for patients and providers. Procedures You'll Schedule Epidural Steroid Injections Facet Joint Injections & Medial Branch Blocks Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) trials & implants
Nerve Blocks Kyphoplasty & Vertebroplasty Pain Pumps Peripheral Nerve Stimulation Required Qualifications Required:
Experience scheduling complex procedures (interventional pain, surgical centers, radiology, or hospital procedural departments).Required:
Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) . Strong understanding of insurance authorization workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. High personal accountability and ability to stay calm under pressure. Strong communication skills with clinical and administrative teams.
