HPC Scheduler Friends For Life Residential Care - 2.5 Maumee, OH Job Details Part-time $15 - $17 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Record keeping Interpersonal skills Staff scheduling Team scheduling High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Schedule creation Manual handling Full Job Description Position Responsibilities All Duties assigned to a Direct Support Professional, including training in home to assist with coverage as needed Create and maintain monthly schedules for DSP's Attend monthly house meetings to review schedules with DSP's and to make changes as applicable Update the digital scheduling system (Brittco) daily and in real time Ensure scheduling gaps are covered by staff and that all individuals have appropriately trained staff Create training schedules for new employees during their orientation phase Discussing attendance/staffing concerns with supervisor as applicable Track all schedule changes and requests off. Communication with staff in a professional manner and with notice
Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
1 year of scheduling experience 18 years or older Ability to work independently and be a team player Drivers License required Acceptable driving record and proof of insurance CPR & First Aid Training Ability to react calmly in case of emergency Good record keeping ability Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop and stand for extended periods of time and regularly, intermittently and spontaneously lift, transfer, and reposition individuals. GED or High school diploma 18 years or older Ability to work independently and be a team player Drivers License required Acceptable driving record and proof of insurance CPR & First Aid Training Ability to react calmly in case of emergency Good record keeping ability Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop and stand for extended periods of time and regularly, intermittently and spontaneously lift, transfer, and reposition individuals. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
