Compensation:
$20.00 per hour (can be negotiated based on experience and qualifications).
Performance Expectations:
Schedule and adjust operative appointments to maximize the patient care experience. Verify insurance information prior to patient operative appointments. Courteously answer telephone, route calls, provide information and take messages in accordance with practice procedures. Establish and maintain patient records, i.e. insurance, address, contact information. Keep Staff and Doctor informed of schedule changes, issues or concerns.
Essential Functions:
Establish trust and care in all interactions. The ability to greet visitors professionally and courteously. Maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to multifaceted situations. Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation. The ability to prioritize, organize and complete tasks in a timely, independent manner. Success Patterns for this

Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an office dedicated to a high standard of care.

Monday 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm Tuesday 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm Thursday 9:00 am
  • 12:00 pm (admin only) Friday 7:00 am
  • 2:00 pm
