Staffing Coordinator Northeast Professional Caregivers is a growing home care agency looking to add a Staffing Coordinator to our new Austintown office location. We have been in the home care business for over twenty five years and have a reputation of providing high quality-high touch home services to our patients. Qualification and Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working and communicating effectively with a wide range of people Ability to perform excellent phone skills and strong all around communication skills Great energy, empathy and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done Ability to assist with sales, marketing, and public relations effort Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Ability to be highly organized, able to prioritize and change direction as needed Ability to work in high volume (sometimes stressful) work environment Highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships Ability to be self-directed, flexible and supportive Must have strong computer skills with computerized scheduling, MS Office Previous Home Care Aide scheduling and recruiting experiences preferred Previous home care aide experience will prove beneficial On-Call weekend rotation duties

Requirements:

Type minimum of 40 words a minute Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST Minimum of 1 year of customer experience Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills. Must be reliable Sales experience helpful
