Clarificion from the agency This position is open to current members of the 137th Special Operions Wing within the military grades of O-1 through O-4. Duties Help This position is loced in the Intelligence exploition section an Air Nional Guard (ANG) Intelligence unit. The primary purpose of the position is to perform specialized intelligence duties as a Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Unit crew commander, supervises through subordine leaders or supervisors three or more sections of Intelligence Operions Specialists and to train assigned military unit members in the duties and functions associed with multi-intelligence (multi-INT) Tasking, Processing, Exploition, and Disseminion (TPED) activities. Provides real-time TPED support to Nional Agencies, Joint Commands, Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs), Air Operions Centers (AOCs), and US and coalition airborne assets in exercises and contingency operions. Ensures real-time and near-real-time multi-INT reporting and analysis by all exploition sections. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the subordine ISR unit crew members. Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizion design for the staff, as necessary to elimine work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promotes team building, implements quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulory compliance and/or customer requirements. Plans work for accomplishment by subordine sections, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules based on considerion of difficulty of requirements and assignments such th the experience, training, and abilities of the staff are effectively utilized to meet organizion and customer needs. Provides subordine supervisors, work leaders and staff with direction and advice regarding policies, procedures, and guidelines. Reviews and structures organizion to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organizion. Balances workload and provides overall direction and vision to the subordine section chiefs on a wide range of intelligence, informion management and administrive issues. Establishes metric and analysis systems for sections managed to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulory procedures. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordines, and oversees work through subordine supervisors/work leaders. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters. Selects candides for subordine non-supervisory and supervisory positions taking into considerion skills and qualificions, mission requirements, and EEO objectives. Ensures reasonable equity among sections of performance standards developed, modified, and/or interpreted and ring techniques developed by subordine supervisors/work leaders. Explains performance expections to subordine supervisors/work leaders and employees directly supervised and provides regular feedback on strengths and weaknesses. Appraises performance of subordine supervisors/work leaders and other employees directly supervised and serves as reviewing official on evaluion of non-supervisory employees red by subordine supervisors. Approves expenses comparable to within-grade increases, extensive overtime, and employee travel. Recommends awards for non-supervisory personnel and changes in position classificion to higher-level managers. Hears and resolves group grievances and employee complaints referred by subordine supervisors/work leaders and employees. Inities action to correct performance or conduct problems of employees directly supervised and reviews and/or approves serious disciplinary actions (e.g. suspensions, removals) involving non-supervisory subordines. Exercises responsibility for oversight of various unit activities and operions, including any or all of the intelligence unit functional areas of training, standardizion and evaluion, development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), simulion exercises, scheduling, plans, intelligence collection and production, analysis and reporting, mission management, and mission computer systems. Accountable for all facets of unit missions. Monitors work of subordines and reviews written reports. Formules section policy and gives guidance to subordines to ensure th applicable DoD and Federal policies, procedures, and instructions are properly implemented to achieve section operional readiness. Serves as a ISR unit crew commander, responsible and accountable for all facets of ISR unit operions and production to include time critical targeting (TCT), direct thre warning, btle damage assessment, comb identificion, comb search and rescue, multi-INT correlion, thre analysis, mapping, intelligence preparion of the btlespace, situion monitoring, and mission reporting. : Experience, educion, or training which demonstres administrive, professional, investigive, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evalue and organize pertinent facts. Experience preparing clear and concise written reports.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

: Must have least 36 months experience, educion or training developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluing and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operions. Experience in administrive, investigive, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluing and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports.

Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
