Job Description
Manpower is seeking an Onsite coordinator to join our team! The Onsite Coordinator works onsite at our client location, serving as the liaison between Manpower and our client. This individual would ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to workforce management. This role is responsible for supporting client needs, managing temporary employees, completing nightly tasks and maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Keep up to date records of associate compliances New hire orientations Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets Monitor employee performance and address issues such as attendance, conduct, and productivity Doing attendance every shift and sending Daily Focus emails to modules Being communicative and answering questions Keeping track of Callouts
- updating Point tracker Approving/rejecting Time Off Request Performance Management/Coaching Attending meetings as required Aiding in Onboarding and keeping up with Infinity tracking Approving Timecards Meeting with Upper Manpower Management Weekly Floor/Fab safety walks What's Needed?
