Job Description
Description Do you want to be part of a winning, growing, and innovative company? We are looking for a Plant Operations Admin in the Allentown area. The Plant / Operations Administrator provides essential support for smooth operations, handling Inspection, administrative and logistical support while working collaboratively with other departments in compliance with company processes, procedures, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Administrative Collaborative support with other departments. Check emails and respond in a timely manner. Inspection project administrative support. Maintain operation logs and files. Maintain Office supplies inventory. Update workload board as needed. Maintain constant communication with Customer Service. Update spreadsheet data. Greet and receive applicants and visitors. Send updates to Customer service. Inventory of seed cards. Other administrative duties as assigned. Inspection Review the instructions for each project and communicate those to the line leads. Review inspection reports and reconciliate project activity. Close receipt and add all services to the IMS (Inspection computer system). Provide the line leads with project instructions and seed cards. Adhere to GMP guidelines. Other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.
