Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Operations & Delivery Associate to support our deck and fence installation teams. This position is responsible for transporting materials and supplies to job sites, picking up job-site debris and trash, and helping ensure our crews have the materials they need to complete projects efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable driving throughout the workday, and capable of safely handling and lifting construction materials, including lumber. Responsibilities Drive company vehicles to residential job sites throughout the service area. Pick up and deliver lumber, decking, fencing materials, hardware, tools, and other construction supplies. Load and unload materials safely at job sites. Pick up trash, construction debris, leftover materials, and other items from completed or active job sites. Transport debris and materials to designated disposal or storage locations. Assist with organizing materials at the warehouse and job sites when needed. Inspect and secure loads before transportation. Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in good operating condition. Communicate with project managers and field crews regarding deliveries, pickups, and job-site needs. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while on customer properties. Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations. Perform additional field-support duties as needed. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Ability to safely operate company vehicles. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, load, and unload lumber and other construction materials. Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple pickups and deliveries efficiently. Good communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Construction, delivery, warehouse, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. Employees must be able to regularly lift and carry lumber, fencing materials, tools, construction debris, and other materials associated with deck and fence construction. The position also requires frequent loading, unloading, bending, lifting, walking, and entering/exiting vehicles throughout the workday.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
