Prior Scheduling and Home Care App (AxisCare) Experience About Us At Amada Senior Care Philadelphia, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care for our clients. We are currently seeking an organized and dynamic Full-Time Scheduler / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position. Key Responsibilities Manage caregiver schedules to ensure optimal staffing and quality client care. Maintain client and caregiver communication and relationships. Assist with the client intake process in collaboration with the Business Manager, including following up on inquiries and scheduling intakes. Support recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and onboarding qualified caregivers. Handle incoming office calls and address client inquiries effectively. Assist with marketing initiatives, including planning and coordinating community events and other marketing efforts. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools. Prior scheduling experience is required. Experience with AxisCare or other home care scheduling software is required . Experience in healthcare or home care settings is a plus but not required. Perks PTO, Health Insurance, Mileage Reimbursement, Referral Bonus, and Yearly Review.
