A Scheduler or Operations Coordinator provides scheduling and logistical support for an office, company or organization. May specialize in scheduling required for production or for administrative work.
Under close supervision, the Scheduling Coordinator uses company systems and processes to schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments, and handle related services. The role reviews case details to determine the appropriate medical specialty for appointments when not provided by referring party and sends notifications to clients and related parties for scheduled, rescheduled, and cancelled appointments, delivering exceptional customer service at all customer touch points.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule medical evaluations, transportation, translation, and ancillary services (e.g. MRI, EMG, X-RAY, etc.) Perform telephone and written client interactions Ensure appropriate provider utilization by location and provider level Identify appropriate provider specialty to utilize based on provided injuries Maintain organizational benchmarks Conform to client Service Level Agreement ("SLA") Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Experience:
