Need Solar Today is expanding our Retail Appointment Setting Team in the Greater Philadelphia area! We're looking for energetic, professional, and motivated individuals who enjoy talking with people and want an opportunity to build a career in the growing home-services industry.
POSITION
RETAIL
APPOINTMENT SETTER
You'll work inside participating retail locations, speaking with homeowners and introducing them to services that may help improve their homes and manage household expenses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Ask a few simple qualifying questions Introduce homeowners to our available programs Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants Accurately submit customer information Represent our team professionally inside the retail location Meet individual and team appointment goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication and people skills Positive, outgoing personality Dependable and professional Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Goal-oriented and coachable Sales, retail, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is a plus Must be able to pass required background screening for participating retail locations
