SOLAR REPRESENTATIVES NEED SOLAR TODAY

GRID GUARDIAN TEAM
Ready to get into solar sales and build a serious income opportunity? We're expanding our Door-to-Door Solar Team and looking for motivated, coachable people who are comfortable talking with homeowners.
TAP PAY STRUCTURE MONTH 1
Earn $400 per week through the TAP Pay Program when all required activity and performance requirements are completed.
MONTH 2 & BEYOND
Earn $600 per week through TAP Pay when all ongoing requirements are met.
PLUS SOLAR COMMISSIONS
Your TAP Pay is only part of the opportunity. Generate qualified homeowners, create solar appointments, and earn additional compensation on qualifying solar sales according to the company compensation plan.
WEEKLY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Consistent neighborhood canvassing
- Complete required homeowner interactions
- Generate qualified solar appointments
- Attend scheduled appointments/sits
- Meet monthly sales requirements
- Track activity accurately
- Attend training and team meetings
- Follow the TAP Program requirements 100%
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Knock doors in assigned residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners about their electric bills, introduce available solar options, qualify interested homeowners, and schedule them for a free solar consultation.
