We are seeking a detail-driven Staff Expeditor to support the smooth flow of materials and information across critical project activities. Our team is looking for a proactive professional who can help keep priorities moving, reduce delays, and maintain strong coordination throughout the workstream.

Responsibilities:

Track progress on assigned materials, documentation, or deliverables to help prevent schedule disruptions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to support timely movement of work through the process. Monitor priorities and follow up on outstanding items to keep the role's workload aligned with project needs. Maintain accurate records and communicate status updates to support effective decision-making.

Required:

Experience supporting expediting, coordination, or similar workflow-focused work. Experience in Utility OR Power Industry. Ability to work on-site in Reading, Pennsylvania (On-Site) OR Morristown, NJ OR Akron, OH Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking information. Effective communication and follow-up skills to support timely resolution of outstanding items.
